Meet Our Staff

Dr. Rebecca Grimes, DVM

Dr. Grimes grew up in Connecticut and received both her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicing degrees from Michigan State University.  After graduating in 1980, she headed back East to practice.  Although specializing in large animals at first, since relocating to New Hampshire in 1986, she has only worked with small animals.  She chose veterinary medicine as her career, because it combined her love of animals and medicine.  Dr. Grimes enjoyes caring for people and their pets through preventative medicine and has been part of the Glen Lake Animal Hospital staff since 1996.  Residing in Manchester, NH with her husband and their two cats, Chloe and Toby, she enjoys visits from any of her four children, reading, excercising, cooking, sewing, and volunteering at her church.
